Hi, I’m Dawa! I started out as a Fine Arts major with a minor in Photography, and that creative background still shapes the way I see weddings. Photography has always been more than just a passion it’s how I tell stories. Weddings, especially, have a rhythm I fell in love with: the energy of the celebration, the quiet in-between moments, and the chance to capture real emotion as it unfolds.
Over the past 8 years, I’ve photographed more than 200 weddings, and no two have ever felt the same. My approach is relaxed and fun, so you can feel comfortable while I create timeless, artistic images that reflect your story.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m with my wife and our two kids usually breaking up their sibling arguments like a full-time referee. And when I get the chance, I’m on the basketball court, hooping with friends and trying to prove I’ve still got it!

Where are you located?
We are located in Queens NY, and we are available everywhere. Just pick the time and the place, and we will see you there!

Who will be shooting my wedding day?
I, Dawa, will personally be your lead photographer on the big day, along with one of my trusted team members. At KND Photos, we believe in being fully present for every wedding, so we never send out just an assistant or a part-time photographer. I take great pride in representing my company and making sure you have the best experience from start to finish. I also love connecting with couples ahead of time, so we’re on the same page and can create the best possible memories together.
My partner isn't really into taking photos, can you give us directions?
Of course! Most of our clients have never had any experience in front of the camera, and it’s not their job to know how to model. So, we are always going to be sure to guide in a fun and easy-going way to make sure that we get pictures that are not only natural but also flattering for everybody.
Do you upload clients photos on social media sites?
No we do not, we respect our clients privacy and we do not post anything anywhere without our clients permission :)
Can I see a full wedding gallery?
Absolutely, we have quite a few galleries available on the website, request to see full client galleries, and we will be more than happy to send

Do you travel and do destination weddings?
Yes! We love traveling and shooting weddings all over the world, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you are planning something special in a different city or even a different country!
